Health Data Availability and PULSE

Making personal health data available during an emergency in some of the most difficult conditions imaginable, such as a natural disaster proposes some challenges. The Office of the National Health Coordinator (ONC) for Information Technology, has posted an article -Making Personal Health data Available During an Emergency: HHS Ventures Fund Alumni Making Data Available When and Where its’s Needed, regarding health data availability to first responders and others providing care, during a natural disaster.
